A collection of poetry inspired by life in the city, and the research conducted by the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), which investigates the multiple facets of urbanisation. Some poetry is extracted directly from research papers through methods such as Black-Out Poetry. Other texts are more loosely inspired by the research of the IIHS.

Grappling with the memories, promises, and questions that life in a rapidly growing city like Bangalore raises, this zine is a collected whole, fragmented, vulnerable, and speaking in the many voices that shaped it.

Created as part of the bangaloREsidency 2024 hosted by the Goethe-Institute Bangalore
